Desisti VW Line of fixtures

Desisti will be adding plus/minus green to their VariWhite line of Fresnels. The addition of Lime and Magenta Led’s will allow users to better control color balance. This feature will be available in all fixtures in their VW line. DeSisti has also added the  F7 & F10HP to the VW Fresnel range.

DeSisti SoftLED

DeSisti also was showing their popular led Softlight series. The newly designed DeSisti SOFT LED are available in color-tunable variable white and fixed white with Remote Phosphor. These fixtures have a controlled beam and soft white source, ideal for multiple camera use in the studio, with more effective control of the beam projection with their effective honeycomb grids in various beam angles. Fixtures are available in various sizes based on your needs and ceiling heights.

Desisti Space Light Prototype

Desisti showed a Prototype Space Light they hope to release later this year. The fixture will use the same driver found in their Soft Series, will have variable White capabilities, and at 340 Watts, boast a 6K equivalent.

Fiilex Q8TravelFiilex introduces another addition to their product line: The New Fiilex Q8 Travel. It is the first in the series to come with a customized 8-inch Fresnel lens designed specifically for the proprietary 300W DiCon Dense Matrix LED.

This innovative product offers one of the longest Fresnel zoom range in the industry: 12° – 60°. What is notable is not just the range of the zoom, but also the quality of the light throughout the zoom range. The Fiilex Q8 Travel can flood any wide space with an even spread of light, or focus into a spot with a well-defined edge and uniform beam profile near the center. There is no hot spot at all!

Chauvet Professional

Chauvet’s latest showstopper remains the Ovation series, now in available in variable white—the Ovation E-930VW (ellipsoidal) and Ovation F-915VW (Fresnel). This proprietary LED engine works differently than one might expect. Chauvet uses a 6-color system to create exceptional color consistency in a flat and even field from 2800K to 8000K, as opposed to the more traditional method of mixing warm white and cool white LED’s. The independent color control also creates the ability to add a dash of color when desired. With the ability to change color temperature at 100K increments without losing intensity, it is all about consistency. Other functions include onboard manual control or DMX control, +/- green adjustment, 16-bit dimming, near silent operation, and adjustable Pulse Width Modulation to avoid on-camera flicker. As an added bonus, the Fresnel also features a motorized zoom. Overall, these fixtures provide simplicity and power at once, an ideal solution for studios and theaters alike.
