First up for ADJ is their new video panel option called the Design Series. It is a series of different geometrical video panel options. The DS4 (square), DS4T (triangle), DS4QC (quarter circle) and DS4HC (rectangle) can be easily linked together, rigged and transported. They offer a 4.8mm (0.19”) pixel pitch and brightness of 1200 NITS as well as a wide viewing angle of 160-degrees (horizontal) and 120-degrees (vertical), making them ideal for a wide variety of applications.

Next up we have the MOD Series as ADJ’s latest range of professional LED Pars. Their modular design means that the LEDs can slide back into the casing to create a snoot that eliminates side glare. There is an optional pearl white housing kit also available. This means that LED Par owners can switch between black or white fixtures, depending on the application, without having to hold inventory of two different types of fixture. Offering a beam angle of 17-degrees, each Par is also supplied with a set of three Frost Filters which can be locked into position in front of the LEDs to widen the beam to an angle of 20-degrees, 40-degrees or 60-degrees. The units come in 4 flavors:

  • MOD QW100 (7 x 15W RGBW LEDs)
  • MOD QA60 (4 x 15W RGBA LEDs)
  • MOD HEX100 (7 x 15W RGBWA+UV LEDs)
  • MOD TW100 (7 x 15W CW/WW/WW/Amber 4-IN-1 variable color temperature white LEDs)

Lastly, there was quite a buzz with their new Vizi CMY300 Moving Head. It is a 300W LED engine ideal for larger venues. It works as a beam, spot and wash fixture with a zoom range from 8 to 46 degrees.  A large palette of colors is possible thanks to CMY mixing, as well as two GOBO wheels, two rotating prisms, motorized focus and motorized zoom. It is also built to make GOBO changes, servicing and on-the-road repairs extremely easy.
