Neutrik showed improved features of both the opticalCON MTP 24 and CAT6a line of products staying ahead in entertainment connectivity. However, it was the 8 + 2 data connector that stoked the OEM-imagination. Of particular interest in the lighting industry where today’s low-wattage draw of LED’s and intelligent fixtures requiring both power and data, expect to see this platform expanded and these connectors on some new products soon.
